About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product profitability and pricing strategies.
• Manage capital deployment initiatives and M&A activities to drive growth.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to finance team members.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create financial models and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic financial management.
• Proven track record in investment banking, private equity, or financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant accreditation (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the education sector or similar industries.
• Familiarity with GTM strategy and capital management.
