Sales Director - Remote Opportunity for MEA & CEE

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our dynamic team at OneTrust. This Sales Director remote position will lead our sales efforts across the Middle East, Africa, Central, and Eastern Europe. As a Sales Director remote, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of responsible data use while driving sales excellence and team performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives to sell the entire OneTrust platform across all verticals.
• Drive strategic engagement with customers, including C-level executives.
• Foster a culture of sales excellence by implementing and adopting sales processes, pipeline management, and performance measurement.
• Conduct regular business reviews with your team to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Coach your team to execute account plans effectively.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year account plan to meet or exceed customer objectives.

Requirements

• Proven thought leader with strong leadership and initiative to drive team performance.
• Prior field experience in the Software/Platform (SaaS, PaaS) space.
• Extensive experience in a value-driven sales environment, focusing on customer solutions.
• Experience in coaching and developing salespeople at all levels.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven success in constructing and closing large deals.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in regulatory technology or data governance.
• Familiarity with AI and its applications in business.
