What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memos to support various teams within Back Market.
• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of contracts with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and assist in implementing legal processes.
• Provide legal advice on topics such as consumption law, advertising law, and digital law.
• Monitor political activity and assist in building stakeholder maps.
• Help improve and implement legal processes to ensure all teams are compliant with applicable laws.
• Support pre-litigation and litigation follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the legal team to structure the governance of the Group.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master II in law, preferably in digital or e-commerce law.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in politics and circular economy regulations.
• Prior internship experience in a legal department or law firm is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Availability for a full-time internship from July to December 2026.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GDPR and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with various legal fields such as intellectual property and competition law.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
