Strategic Account Director - NHS & Healthcare Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Director (NHS & Healthcare) to join our team at Glooko. As a Strategic Account Director remote role, you will help health systems tackle the challenges of glycemic safety and diabetes management. This position is pivotal in consolidating departmental contracts into unified, multi-year Trust-wide Enterprise Agreements, enhancing procurement processes, and maximizing value across NHS Trusts.

What You'll Do

• Map existing departmental footprints within Trusts and build the business case for “Trust-wide” conversion.
• Lead high-complexity sales focusing on the technical and clinical benefits of EHR integrations.
• Navigate the NHS landscape to build relationships with CIOs, CCIOs, and Finance Directors.
• Orchestrate internal resources to handle complex RFP/tender responses.
• Utilize your expertise to drive enterprise-wide integration of Glooko’s solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling high-value technology directly into NHS Trusts.
• Proven track record of converting pilots into 6 or 7-figure enterprise contracts.
• Comfortable discussing interoperability and data standards (HL7/FHIR).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills to navigate competing priorities.
