Stock Studio Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Stock Studio Coordinator to join Courir, the leading sneaker retailer in France. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while ensuring the quality and reliability of our photo studio stock. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to manage stock efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Receive daily shipments and verify order compliance (number of packages, items, etc.).
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, including delivery notes and transfers.
• Coordinate with the photo studio to provide products for shooting and manage urgency requests.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the stock reserve according to product flow.
• Work closely with logistics teams, marketing, and couriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in stock management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Fluency in French and English.
