• Input and manage transport requests on our proprietary platform.
• Research and select reliable carriers for efficient transport solutions.
• Support in negotiating rates and operational conditions with carriers.
• Monitor shipments and manage any unforeseen issues that arise.
• Communicate with clients and transporters via our platform, email, and phone.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to transport orders.
• Engage actively in the process, learning through hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Interest in logistics and transportation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools.
• English proficiency at least at B1 level (other languages are a plus).
• A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• No prior experience required; just a curious mind and energy.
