Booksy is hiring a Staff Product Manager – Consumer Experience to join our Product Engineering team. This remote position is available to candidates based in London (United Kingdom), Spain, Poland, or Portugal. As a Staff Product Manager – Consumer Experience, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the consumer-facing product experience at Booksy, a platform used by over 38 million customers worldwide. What You'll Do

• Lead the product vision and strategy for consumer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously improve the consumer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer-focused SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that drive user engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
