About the Role

We are seeking a talented Staff Product Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience for our innovative products. As a Staff Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance our fintech solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
• Strong understanding of design systems and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
