Director of GTM Enablement - Remote Opportunity

Ontra is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to join our innovative team. This remote position will report to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations. What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic design and execution of enablement across the revenue organization, including sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Develop frameworks and performance infrastructure to enhance productivity, shorten ramp times, and improve win rates.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to create a scalable enablement model that supports predictable growth.
• Implement a cohesive enablement strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring programs are tied to revenue outcomes.
• Optimize the enablement ecosystem using tools like Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, and Outreach.
• Expand the use of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance coaching and execution.
• Establish KPIs that connect enablement to key performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in enablement roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven success in scaling structured enablement programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate revenue objectives into clear enablement plans.
• Expertise in B2B sales lifecycle and methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM platforms and AI-driven insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
