Senior Agile Coach - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company. This remote position is perfect for an experienced Agile Coach who is ready to make a significant impact in a global agile transformation. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will leverage your extensive background in IT and agile methodologies to coach, advise, and train teams across multiple countries including Switzerland, India, Italy, the USA, and Belgium.

What You'll Do

• Lead and drive Agile transformations, transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile operating models.
• Coach teams, leaders, and product organizations to adopt an agile mindset focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to elevate their maturity levels.
• Provide strategic coaching to PMO and program leadership on agile and scaled agile practices.
• Support teams in adopting methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
• Facilitate tailored training modules using innovative techniques like serious games and liberating structures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to teams and managers, helping to remove organizational impediments and enable faster value delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT projects as a Senior Technical Expert, preferably with a development background.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, evolved into a seasoned Agile Coach with a track record across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, and SAFe.
• Experience in managing large, distributed, multicultural programs.
• Ability to train, coach, and facilitate at all levels including teams, leaders, and communities of practice.
• Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CTC, CAL, etc.) are a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile coaching in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with tools that support agile project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
