About the Role

HubSpot is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and driving product vision.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new features and enhancements, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
