Specialized Educator (H/​F) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Specialized Educator (H/F) to join our team at Espoir Autisme Corse. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals with autism. As a Specialized Educator, you will be part of a modern collaborative team that focuses on a behavioral and educational approach aimed at the user's project.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Support Project for users in a transdisciplinary manner.
• Support the development of skills in various areas such as autonomy, communication, socialization, education, and employment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored services to each individual.
• Engage with users aged 0 to 25 years in a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the environmental context for users.

Requirements

• State Diploma of Specialized Educator required; DE Moniteur Educateur may be considered based on profile and experience.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Experience in working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within a medical-social support structure.
• Knowledge of current best practices in individualized support.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
