Senior Software Engineer - Qualcomm Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Qualcomm Platform to join our dynamic team at Bosch México. In this remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, scripting, testing, and maintaining Qualcomm and QNX related software. You will support internal teams and follow up on Qualcomm and QNX topics with suppliers and customers, making a significant impact on our projects.

What You'll Do

• Analyze technical requirements documents and propose implementation solutions.
• Monitor and participate in reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Build, test, and release Qualcomm bug fixes and functionalities.
• Triage incoming bugs and manage resolutions effectively.
• Perform software integration using C and deliver kernel patches.
• Utilize your debugging skills for bug analysis and resolution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C and experience with kernel configuration/integration.
• Strong Linux proficiency and test case design/execution skills.
• Fluent in English for effective customer interaction.
• Outstanding problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in requirement analysis and collaboration with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with QNX and AOSP (Android Open Source Project).
• Usage of Lauterbach for diagnostics and system validation.
