About the Role

What You'll Do
- Design and develop system architecture for next-generation military aircraft controls.
- Conduct performance predictions and system analysis to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage requirements and oversee integration, verification, and validation planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and communicate design requirements.
- Support the development of verification plans and cross-reference matrices for high-performance control systems.
- Drive successful real-time system model integration to facilitate testing across various environments.
- Create test scripts for automated system testing and document results comprehensively.
- Participate in anomaly investigations and provide support for system-level integration and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, or Science Discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer.
- Proven experience with requirements management, integration, and control system design.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, and dSpace for performance modeling.
- Proficiency in Python coding and experience with safety-critical systems.
- Knowledge of aircraft flight control systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with Fault Management design and architecture development.
- Strengths in controls system design.
