About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist Support Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to vulnerable adults. As a Specialist Support Manager remote, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Support the Registered Manager and lead operations in their absence.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care for adults with complex needs.
• Guide and develop staff through supervision, training, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with specialist teams and external professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and uphold regulatory standards.
• Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through tailored support.
• Foster a positive team culture and respond effectively to operational needs.

Requirements

• QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Solid experience in the care sector and understanding of regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership, digital, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Experience in delivering person-centered care.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing teams in a care setting.
• Knowledge of the care sector regulatory framework.
• Strong digital skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
