Sourcer/​Recruitment Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sourcer/Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Photonic Inc. As a Sourcer/Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality candidate pipelines and supporting our recruitment efforts. What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools based on role briefs and target profiles.
• Build and refine Boolean search strings to identify relevant talent across various platforms.
• Conduct deep research to identify prospects beyond inbound applicants, including adjacent titles and niche communities.
• Generate well-calibrated shortlists with clear notes on fit and motivation signals for recruiter review.
• Maintain organized talent pools and prospect lists for quick activation by recruiters.
• Support job posting administration to ensure roles are published quickly and accurately.
• Assist with offer document preparation and maintain clean candidate records in the ATS.
• Conduct reference checks with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Specialist, or Recruiting Coordinator.
• Strong Boolean search capability with proven ability to build and iterate strings efficiently.
• Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing requests and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing for technical or niche roles in engineering or research-heavy fields.
• Familiarity with maintaining talent pools in an ATS.
• Comfort working from intake notes and translating them into sourcing strategies.
