What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver exceptional software solutions.
• Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance for enhanced user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to streamline development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, ideally in a Software Engineer remote role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, React, or Angular.
• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
