Software Engineer - React & Angular for Innovative Broker Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer - React & Angular (Remote) to join our innovative team at Bitpanda. As a Software Engineer, you will help shape the experience of one of Europe’s fastest-growing investing and trading platforms. You will be responsible for building fast, reliable, and delightful web interfaces that make investing, trading, and managing crypto feel simple and intuitive for millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain web applications using NextJS, React, and TypeScript, turning product ideas into polished user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end, ensuring smooth interactions and performance.
• Own key parts of the frontend codebase, including reusable components, state management, and flows that impact millions of users.
• Ensure your code is secure, reliable, and well-tested, contributing to high-quality frontend standards across the team.
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews, share knowledge, and help the team grow together.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional web development experience, with strong skills in Angular & React, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Comfortable building scalable frontend components and managing moderate complexity in user flows.
• Enjoy turning product and design challenges into clean, efficient code.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, communicating clearly across teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) and best practices for reliable, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express).
