Software Engineer Internship - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Software Engineer Internship - Remote at Wealth.com, a leading estate planning platform. This internship provides practical, hands-on experience in software engineering, allowing you to work collaboratively with experienced Software Engineers. As a remote intern, you will design and implement technology solutions, participate in an Agile environment, and contribute to building a React web application.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop innovative software solutions.
• Design and implement technology solutions that enhance user experience.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes.
• Assist in building a React web application, gaining valuable experience in modern web technologies.
• Research and gather documentation for quality assurance to ensure high standards.
• Identify issues and recommend enhancements to improve system quality.
• Contribute to team discussions and share ideas for application improvements.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours and up to 40 hours per week during the internship duration from June 2 to August 15, 2025.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous exposure to software development is a plus.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies.
