We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager (Commercial) remote to play a pivotal role in guiding commercial risk decisions for one of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects. What You'll Do

• Provide strategic oversight of commercial risks across the supply chain.
• Support dispute avoidance and escalation processes.
• Coordinate experts including Forensic Planners and Quantum specialists.
• Ensure commercial risks are recorded, assessed, and reported effectively.
• Deliver insight that drives informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of risk and supply chain complexity.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen in high-risk contract environments.
• Experience applying commercial judgment to complex issues.
• Ability to interpret and present risk clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing or supporting commercial contract oversight.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
