Community Fundraiser - Remote Position

About the Role

Join Médecins Sans Frontières as a Community Fundraiser. We are currently looking for individuals to join our team in Málaga. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. As a Community Fundraiser, you will motivate people to support MSF through regular monthly contributions.

What You'll Do

• Engage with the public to raise awareness and funds for MSF initiatives.
• Work in the field to encourage individuals to become regular donors.
• Collaborate with your team and a team leader to address any questions or challenges.
• Participate in institutional activities organized by Médecins Sans Frontières Spain.
• Receive ongoing training to enhance your professional development and stay updated on our projects.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and sensitize the public.
• Enjoy working in a public-facing role.
• Outgoing, empathetic, and dynamic personality.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Flexible and energetic approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in fundraising or community engagement.
• Interest in humanitarian work and social causes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Base salary of €1,189 plus incentives (between €50 and €700 gross/month).
