What You'll Do

• Support Notion’s largest customers by developing security features such as SIEM, DLP, and audit logs.
• Integrate with customer personnel systems via IDP/SCIM to enhance user experience.
• Scale performance to serve large enterprise customers effectively.
• Provide occasional white glove service for unique customer needs.
• Consult with Notion Sales teams to address new enterprise customers’ requests.

Requirements

• A sense of urgency and agency; you are the owner of your own destiny here at Notion.
• A customer focus; you’ll go the extra mile to truly understand the customer’s needs.
• Deep expertise in at least one data storage technology, such as SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in thoughtful and thorough integration and unit testing.
• An appreciation of beautiful design and full-stack software craft.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice to Have

• Experience directly communicating with enterprise customers of 5000+ personnel.
• Experience maintaining SCIM/SIEM/HRIS integrations.
