Driver Growth Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Driver Growth Specialist to join our team at Cabify. This remote position is integral to our mission of enhancing urban mobility through innovative solutions. As a Driver Growth Specialist, you will lead initiatives that balance the marketplace of users and drivers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
What You'll Do
- Lead the understanding of driver audiences through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identifying needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and optimize bonus campaigns and budgets to connect drivers during peak demand periods.
- Analyze the lifetime value (LTV) of various driver acquisition channels and propose new strategies for reallocating investments effectively.
- Implement and monitor creative initiatives aimed at reducing churn and reactivating drivers while optimizing budget usage.
- Develop strategies to increase the frequency of rides and active driver connection hours.
- Coordinate communication strategies directed at drivers, ensuring clear messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Onboarding, Brand, Media & Creative, Quality, etc.) to ensure effective campaign implementation and measurement.
- Monitor the balance between driver supply and passenger demand, proposing pricing adjustments and other strategies to maintain marketplace equilibrium.
Requirements
- Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in Growth, Business Development, or Business Intelligence roles, working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills to process data, interpret results, and propose strategic actions.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and introduce new initiatives.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
- Experience executing digital campaigns and familiarity with technology companies is valued.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the mobility or transportation sector.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies.
