Intern - Growth for FinTech Startup

About the Role

We are looking for an Intern - Growth to join our team at Karbon Business. This Intern - Growth remote position is an exciting opportunity to support our Growth team by conducting engaging product demos for prospective customers and ensuring successful onboarding to our AI Accountant platform.

What You'll Do

• Conduct product demos for prospective and existing customers.
• Onboard new users onto the AI Accountant platform, ensuring a smooth setup experience.
• Drive product activation and guide customers through initial configurations.
• Deliver product training sessions to help customers adopt key features effectively.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the demo and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in sales, customer success, and product-led growth.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and workflows is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Proactive approach to learning and improving customer engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with financial technology or accounting software.
