Social Media Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Social Media Intern remote position at Euronext. As a part of our dynamic Social Media team, you will work closely with our social media manager and collaborate with the Communications, Brand & Content, and Marketing teams. This internship is designed for individuals eager to supplement their academic knowledge with practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the social media manager to innovate and implement our social media strategy.
• Conduct social listening to analyze the qualitative and quantitative performance of campaigns.
• Prepare KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights on performance metrics.
• Assist in creating presentations in PPT format for research and strategy discussions.
• Proofread captions in English to ensure alignment with our brand style guide.
• Support the scheduling of posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Engage in community management for all accounts/pages on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Conduct benchmarking and surveillance of social media trends.

Requirements

• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Meltwater.
• Proactive communication skills, both online and offline.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Understanding of community management concepts.
• Native English proficiency is required.
