Social Media and Community Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to join our dynamic team at Noted. Aromas. This remote position is perfect for a proactive and creative individual who is passionate about building and growing social communities. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will own and enhance our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Noted. Aromas’ social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new platforms as the brand grows.
• Ensure social media contributes measurably to brand visibility, desirability, and revenue growth.
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve channel performance.
• Develop and execute the social media strategy in collaboration with the Head of Brand.
• Translate brand and campaign objectives into social-first plans.
• Build structured content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
• Lead the ideation and execution of content across platforms.

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing brand social channels.
• Proven experience scaling accounts or launching new platforms.
• Strong understanding of social strategy, content performance, and platform behavior.
• Ability to create or direct engaging social content.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how social drives business impact.
