Account Executive - Remote Opportunity in Financial Services
About the Role
We are looking for a super motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Account Executive to join our team remotely. As an Account Executive, you will have a track record of delivering excellence in sales and client management within a Financial Services organization, specifically within banking, payments, or crypto. You will have proven experience selling financial or crypto products and solutions while providing market-leading service to your clients. This Account Executive remote position requires you to feel comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a team focused on delivering sales results against defined targets and plans.
What You'll Do
- Build an outbound pipeline by identifying key strategic prospects and selling BCB's suite of products and services.
- Act as a primary contact with senior clients, including Chief Financial Officers and other C-Suite decision-makers.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with new clients, serving as a key point of contact for escalation purposes.
- Ensure prospects and clients are kept up to date on product enhancements and developments.
- Gather feedback on the product, identify trends, and communicate this internally to product teams while managing client expectations on any ETAs.
- Oversee key deadlines outlined by clients during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to host events for clients, working closely with internal senior management.
- Maintain HubSpot data to support data insights and reporting to ExCo.
Requirements
- Passion and interest in sales with demonstrable sales experience in financial services, preferably with payments experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services or crypto.
- Experience in a target-driven environment.
- CRM experience, ideally with Google Suite for creating and presenting Google Docs/Slides.
- Analytical thinker with keen problem-solving, process development, and improvement skills.
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to remain professional and polite when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrencies and the crypto market.
