Lease Administration Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Lease Administration Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) department, assisting in the management of a commercial portfolio. As a Lease Administration Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of lease agreements and property management.

What You'll Do

• Draft lease agreements and amendments for commercial spaces.
• Conduct rent adjustments and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Calculate and reconcile turnover rents, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure high data quality in SAP RE-FX for effective lease management.
• Handle commercial pending issues within the assigned property portfolio.
• Assist the responsible manager with client reporting and documentation.
• Support the professional development of administrative staff.

Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Further education in real estate management is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP RE-FX or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Fluency in German and English.
