About the Role

We're hiring a Product Marketing Hacker to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote role is crucial as we accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency. As we continue to scale our Exchange App, you will lead our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning that fuel global user growth and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product and strategy teams to own the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
• Develop value propositions that differentiate our platform in a competitive global market.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to define user personas and map tailored journeys.
• Lead creative positioning and brief submissions for growth teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in collaboration with the product team.
• Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including in-app, email, web, and social media.
• Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
• Design lifecycle programs that drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in crypto.
• Proven success in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
