Social Intervention Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Social Intervention Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure the planning, development, monitoring, and coordination of all social care programs within the organization, driving continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Manage and enhance the sustainability of social programs by incorporating economic, organizational, and social impact criteria.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise program development and support teams in complex situations.
• Encourage constant innovation in methodologies and program design.
• Lead and supervise a team of program coordinators, ensuring effective organization and evaluation.
• Coordinate with strategic areas to implement and review procedures.
• Represent the social assistance area in meetings with public administrations and social organizations.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of the center.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in social program management and coordination.
• Fluent in English (B2 level); knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and decision-making based on evidence.
• Strong interpersonal communication and emotional management skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Training in Social Ethics.
• Experience in research projects.
