What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor conveyor systems to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Plan and coordinate personnel deployment with the operations manager.
• Lead and support shift employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize your technical interest to enhance operational processes.
• Be flexible and organized, adapting to the needs of the shift and weekend work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee management and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Technical interest in logistics and operations.
• Ability to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of digital tools and processes in logistics.
• Experience in a port or logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
