About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join our manufacturing team in Youngstown, Ohio. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Supervisor with daily work assignments, production management, and quality assurance. What You'll Do
- Assist the Supervisor with daily work assignments and production management.
- Monitor press operations and report any downtime to the Supervisor promptly.
- Ensure quality levels are maintained during production processes.

- Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and management regarding any operational issues.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and assist in various roles as needed.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a leadership role.
