• Implement full stack solution designs, including web, app, API, and orchestration.
• Ensure high availability and resilience in system designs, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and share your knowledge of cloud platforms and integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in development and maintenance of complex banking applications.
• Significant background in financial services or related industries, with lending or cards experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions as an architect or in related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to ambiguous challenges.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and relevant certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of infrastructure, integration, data, messaging, and security.
• Experience in digital banking, particularly with cards or loans.

• Experience with mainframe systems.
