SharePoint Developer - Remote Position Supporting SOCEUR

About the Role

We are looking for a talented SharePoint Developer to join our team remotely, supporting SOCEUR in Stuttgart, Germany. This SharePoint Developer role is crucial for enhancing enterprise collaboration and operational visibility across a global user base. You will leverage your expertise in SharePoint administration, web development, and portal integration within secure DoD environments.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise portals and SharePoint solutions that facilitate collaboration and mission operations.
• Build and maintain web applications, dashboards, and user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable portal and web-based solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to support automation, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, focusing on configuration, security, performance, and upgrades.
• Implement secure authentication, access control, and STIG-compliant solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability.
• Support DevSecOps and CI/CD processes for portal and web application deployment.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is a must.
• IAT II certification (DoD 8570.01-M) and ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint, focusing on development and administration in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience developing web applications and portal interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Experience administering SharePoint, including Central Admin, PowerShell, and security configuration.
• Ability to implement secure, STIG-compliant solutions in DoD or similar environments.
• Strong skills in gathering requirements and delivering scalable portal solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications, such as SharePoint MCSE or AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
