About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Support Officer to join our team remotely. As a Service Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our service users receive the highest quality of care and support. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of empowering individuals to live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage electronic call monitoring and compliance to ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Respond to alerts regarding visit punctuality and duration, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Investigate attendance issues and escalate concerns to the Care Coordinator.
  • Triage inbound alerts and complaints, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
  • Support the Care Quality Lead in logging incident information and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead improvement plans to foster a culture of compliance and learning.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reporting systems for branch operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in the health or social care sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with electronic monitoring systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the home care industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in health and social care.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting systems.
