Service Manager - SharePoint & Power Platform (Remote)
About the Role
Join our team as a Service Manager in the Apps team at Midway Technologies! We are looking for a new colleague who has experience leading technical teams and engaging directly with clients, making decisions on priorities, planning, and scope. This Service Manager role offers the opportunity to coordinate and organize while maintaining a comprehensive view of ongoing projects beyond just executing tasks.
What You'll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams specializing in SharePoint, Power Platform, and .NET development.
- Manage client relationships, including priorities, scope, planning, and expectations.
- Organize service operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Handle end-to-end incident management, including triage, planning, and response times.
- Plan technical interventions and jobs.
- Provide periodic follow-ups and reporting to clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement or new services.
- Document solutions and facilitate internal knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients (both technical and business aspects).
- Experience managing incidents with a focus on SLAs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in designing solutions in SharePoint Online.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
- Automation skills with Power Automate.
- Development experience in SPFx and usage of Microsoft Graph API (M365).
- Familiarity with .NET development and Azure infrastructure (Function App, App Service, Automation Account, Storage, etc.).
- PowerShell scripting skills, including PnP modules for SharePoint.
Nice to Have
- Fluent English skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
