Service Delivery Professional - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Professional to join our team at CMA CGM. This remote position will allow you to ensure that cargo is ready on time for loading, focusing on CMA CGM Group cargo on export calls. As a Service Delivery Professional, you will play a critical role in our logistics operations, contributing to our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Ensure timely readiness of cargo for loading by following up on export shipments.
• Act as the entry point for operational matters within Customer Care Direction.
• Work on the handover file and provide instructions to GBS for rolling cargo.
• Contact customers for final notifications regarding missing information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve last-minute customer issues.
• Provide final handover readiness to stakeholders to maximize vessel calls.
• Manage late gate arrivals with Cargo Operations.
• Monitor local cargo shutouts and perform LARA updates to inform Cargo Operations and Cargo Flow.
• Analyze KPIs to identify customer behavior patterns and make decisions on readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry.
• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of commercial policy and offers.
• Familiarity with dangerous/special cargo and port regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in software and IT applications relevant to logistics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in risk detection and prevention.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in shipping.
