Service Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team remotely. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary contact for our global SAP AMS client portfolio, ensuring that SAP services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet client business requirements. This role is critical in managing senior SAP consultants and ensuring high-quality solutions that add real value to our clients' business processes.

What You'll Do

• Act as the point of contact for clients, delivering SAP services and managing operations.
• Execute daily leadership duties including proactive planning, coordination, communication, and issue resolution to meet service level agreements.
• Manage a team of senior SAP consultants to deliver high-quality, creative SAP solutions.
• Compile performance reports and hold meetings to discuss service levels, budget status, and challenges.
• Implement continuous business improvements in SAP Applications, aligning with client methodologies and Syntax’s agile methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in IT preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ERP project management and support.
• General understanding of core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and their integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
• Best practices experience or certification in ISO, ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, or Lean IT.

• Experience in navigating difficult conversations with clients and consultants.
