About the Role

Join our team as a Service Advisor - Automotive Customer Experience. In this role, you'll be the face of our service department, guiding customers through their service visits. What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers with energy and professionalism in the service drive.
  • Actively listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair orders.
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and Ford guidelines.
  • Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and costs.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Review completed work with customers in a clear, confidence-building way.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer service campaigns.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred.
  • Strong people skills - you enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge or a desire to learn Ford systems.
  • Computer proficiency (CDK experience is a plus).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
