Communications Trainee - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Communications Trainee to join our innovative team at Cabify. This remote opportunity allows you to support our Communication team in crafting impactful narratives that connect Cabify with its stakeholders. As a Communications Trainee, you will play a crucial role in promoting our vision of sustainable mobility both internally and externally, while learning from experts in PR and Internal Communication.

What You'll Do

• Conduct trend analysis: Research competitor behavior and identify new trends in the technology and mobility sectors.
• Generate creative ideas: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative communication actions.
• Content development: Assist in writing speeches, key messages, internal communications, and campaign materials.
• Channel management: Help manage our internal platforms (Slack, Intranet, email marketing) and design tools (Canva).
• Strategic support: Collaborate in preparing press releases, presentations, and logistics for internal and external events.

Requirements

• Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, PR, Communication, or related fields.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to propose out-of-the-box solutions and new formats.
• Digital Mindset: Familiarity with digital tools and a passion for new content trends.
• Writing Skills: Excellent ability to write clearly, persuasively, and tailored to different audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to turn data and insights into communication opportunities.
• Attitude: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media management.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
