Senior UX Designer - Cloud Security Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team at Netskope, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences in our cloud security solutions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and clarify use cases, scope, and requirements for various projects.
- Create design solutions ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus.
- Work closely with research teams to build rapid prototypes for concept validation and user testing.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings to ensure the best user experience.
- Deliver detailed design specifications for hand-off to developers, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Maintain and enhance Netskope's design system components and patterns.
- Understand the goals, needs, and pain points of our users to advocate for their best interests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related field.
- An online portfolio showcasing past projects in interaction design is a must.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of visual design concepts including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with enterprise products is a plus.
- A degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
