Senior User Experience Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Virtru. In this role, you will lead the design of user-centered solutions that enhance our B2B SaaS products. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces and improve the overall user experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and InVision.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices in all projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and how to leverage data to inform design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft integrations.
• Familiarity with software development processes and API design.
• Leadership experience in mentoring or managing design teams.
