Senior Project Manager Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Engineer to join our dynamic team at TE Connectivity. This Senior Project Manager Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects that contribute to a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. You will work with a diverse team, managing high to medium complexity initiatives across multiple customers and product lines.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical domain of multiple development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives while maximizing project performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional environment, demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
• Support engineering management in creating and completing projects on time, contributing to the Go-to-Market strategy.
• Direct cross-functional project team members, taking full accountability for project outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the project management office.
• Contribute to building a creative and agile project management organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical projects.
• Formal project management education and/or PMI certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

• Statistical knowledge (Six Sigma, SPC, MSA).
• Experience with LeanPD principles.
• Knowledge of TE Project/Planisware Software.
