Senior DevOps Engineer - AI Integration Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team at Sella Group. As a Senior DevOps Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our financial ecosystem by integrating AI solutions into our DevOps pipelines.

What You'll Do

• Design and govern centralized pipeline templates to ensure standardized and compliant releases at the enterprise level.
• Manage release pipelines using advanced CI/CD automation strategies like Canary Deployment and Blue-Green deployments to minimize downtime and risks.
• Implement automated vulnerability checks (SAST/DAST) with third-party tools (Sonar, Wiz, Prisma) to block the promotion of insecure code.
• Ensure immutability, versioning, and strict policies for containers and artifacts in our artifact management processes.
• Optimize build performance through caching and parallelization, integrating predictive monitoring and AI-driven insights.
• Define Git strategies and Code Ownership models, ensuring complete audit trails and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong passion for AI and innovative technologies that can be integrated into DevOps pipelines to enhance intelligence, security, and efficiency.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and AI integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AIOps for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and corrective automation.
• Ability to contribute to defining corporate guidelines for the safe use of AI in the software lifecycle.
• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment to improve developer experience and DevOps processes.
• Core technologies: microservices, Azure Kubernetes Service, API Management, Event Hub, Key Vault.
• Experience with Dynatrace for infrastructure and application observability.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling: Azure DevOps, Sonar, Wiz, Checkmarks.
• Understanding of FinOps methodologies and CI/CD automation processes.
