About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment to build a strong candidate pipeline across various technology roles, including hardware design, AI, machine learning, and computer vision. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that we attract top talent to our organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies that utilize multi-channel searches and techniques.
• Create and maintain a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market.
• Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates while setting clear expectations.
• Promote our employer brand through various advertising techniques to attract top talent.
• Measure conversion rates, including the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, receive offers, and get hired.
• Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
• Maintain market intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment.
• Collaborate with team members, recruiters, and coordinators to establish successful recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an advanced technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven history of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
• Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional ability to tell the company's story in a way that resonates with job seekers' motivations and career goals.

• Experience working on technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions.
