  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in sourcing tools and personalized outreach strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets.
