About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Anduril Industries. This Senior Technical Recruiter remote position is crucial for our mission to transform military capabilities with advanced technology. You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier engineering talent to support our innovative projects.

What You'll Do

  • Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while ensuring open communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish deep trust and partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.
  • Embed yourself into the business to understand product positioning, technical roadmaps, and team culture.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our mission and effectively pitch opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
  • Track and analyze pipeline data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build recruiting strategies that align with long-term company growth, implementing best practices for referrals and process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques, tools, and candidate management.
  • Conduct interviews and maintain a high interview-to-offer ratio by anticipating hiring manager preferences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on closing top-tier engineering talent.
  • Experience in robotics-related fields such as computer vision, motion planning, and localization.
  • 4+ years of client interaction experience, working closely with hiring managers and directors.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and understand their motivations.
  • Experience managing candidate funnels and tracking progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startup environments or relevant domains such as AAV, UAS, or related programs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resilience in facing challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
