What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, moving beyond vacancy filling to architecting high-performance teams.
• Lead workforce demand conversations across Engineering, Product, and Commercial functions, focusing on long-term organizational success.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define competencies and skills needed for future roles, ensuring alignment with Cognite's multi-year product and business roadmap.
• Conduct market intelligence sessions to translate external talent trends into actionable insights for role leveling and compensation positioning.
• Maintain rigorous data hygiene in the ATS, treating it as a system of truth for recruitment analytics and quality measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-growth SaaS or AI-focused environments.
• Proven consultative track record as a business partner influencing hiring strategy and shaping talent acquisition practices.
• Expert-level command of modern ATS platforms with a disciplined approach to data hygiene and recruitment metrics.
• Experience designing interview frameworks and coaching hiring managers on assessment techniques.
• Demonstrated success in building candidate communities and referral programs.
