Senior System Analyst - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at BrainRocket, a global leader in developing innovative tech products for the Fintech and iGaming sectors. As a Senior System Analyst remote, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical product-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze solution requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure successful system implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting solution requirements and functional specifications.
• Strong experience in creating system architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, UML, BPMN, and requirements management systems (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and related processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities, technologies, and requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency level.
