You will play a critical role in defining how money moves across our products, making this position essential for our growth and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Translate business and product needs into clear system requirements.
• Formalize end-to-end money movement flows, including internal wallet operations and payment gateway interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and finance teams to define scope and delivery phases.
• Break down complex financial processes into implementable requirements.
• Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services.
• Help structure and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead.
• Support engineering and QA during implementation by clarifying requirements and expected behavior.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation for engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Strong experience in gathering and formalizing complex system requirements.
• Ability to decompose large business processes into clear technical flows.
• Experience with distributed systems and service-based architectures.
• Good understanding of API and integration design: REST, SOAP, gRPC.
• Familiarity with asynchronous architectures and message-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong documentation skills across functional specifications and data models.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or accounting domains.
